1. Payment & Delivery Method
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for our customers in Nigeria. You can select this payment option at checkout. When your order arrives, simply inspect the package and pay the delivery agent in cash at the time of delivery. This service is designed to provide you with a more convenient and worry-free shopping experience.
2. Shipping Costs & Additional Fees
Shipping Cost: For all COD orders, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page — we guarantee no hidden fees.
Taxes & Duties: In accordance with Nigerian customs regulations, your order may be subject to import duties or other taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (you) and are determined by local customs policies.
3. Delivery Time & Coverage
Delivery Coverage: COD service is currently available only in select major cities and regions within Nigeria. During checkout, the system will automatically determine if COD is available for your address.
Delivery Time: After your order is dispatched, delivery is typically estimated to take 10–15 business days (some remote areas may experience longer delivery times). Actual delivery time depends on local carrier capacity and logistics conditions.
4. Receiving & Inspection Process
Order Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing a tracking number.
Delivery Preparation: The carrier will contact you by phone in advance to confirm the delivery time. Please keep your phone available.
Inspection on Delivery: When your package arrives, please open and inspect the items first to make sure everything is correct and undamaged before handing over the full cash payment to the delivery agent.
5. Important Notes & Risk Disclaimers
Order Amount Limit: To reduce transaction risks, COD orders in Nigeria may be subject to a maximum order value limit. Orders exceeding this limit may not be eligible for COD — we will notify you in advance if this applies to your order.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address and contact phone number are completely accurate. If delivery fails or is delayed due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number, you may be responsible for any additional shipping or return fees incurred.
Payment Safety: Please only make payments to delivery agents wearing official carrier uniforms, and be sure to request a receipt to avoid fraud.
After-Sales Service: After-sales support for COD orders (such as returns or exchanges) follows the same policy as prepaid orders. Please refer to our Return Policy for details. Please note that you may need to cover return shipping costs upfront when returning an item.
